Domestic USPS shipments usually take around 3-6 business days to arrive.
We understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so we make every effort to ship your order out within 24 hours and in many cases the same business day.
Some items are not available for immediate shipment. In this case we will either hold your order until they arrive in stock (usually within 3 - 5 days) or contact you to go through other options. You can see if a product is available on the product page and in your shopping cart.
Due to carrier pick up schedules, orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday or the following business day if the Monday falls on a holiday.
In case of an eCheck (see below) your order will be shipped out as soon as payment clears.
All orders include a tracking number. Signature confirmation may be added (at our cost) for large orders.
We ship internationally as permitted by US Customs regulations and declare full value of goods less any discounts. Shipping charges are not included in the declared value amount. All customs and other fees imposed by your country are your responsibility to pay - please remember to consider this part of your cost when you place an order with us.
Please be aware that orders shipped via USPS First Class International Mail do not include door-to-door tracking and may take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. You can pay via Paypal even if you don't have an account with them. Please note that if you pay by eCheck, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days to clear.

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to receive instructions for returns. We will gladly accept the return of products for a refund or exchange within 28 days from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item purchased is at our fault (incomplete shipment/wrong item shipped).
Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage.
Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but we will require that you sign an affidavit confirming that your package was indeed never received.
